Owns a home in Marin County/Mill Valley which is not far. Lived there part time with Robin/family when they were together.

Mill Valley isn't wine country. You want Napa or Sonoma.
The Penn/Wright house in Mill Valley was on a corner with a low wall, very exposed. It was kind of weird.

What about Denzel? He doesn't go to Carpinteria anymore. Maybe he went up to Napa/Sonoma.
Unless it's Santa Barbara wine country, I suppose that's possible and it's a lot more conveniently located for someone in LA.

I know that- it's why I said "not far"(from wine country). I spent lots of time in Marin - lucky enough to have. Tiburon is where I would live forever if had my druthers.
