Lourdes has lost a bit of weight the last year. Don't know if it is meth however.
I've seen recent photos of Lourdes and she doesn't look like she's lost weight. She also doesn't have the bad skin meth heads have.

Good ol nip/tuck. Miss that inanity. I remember when Kimber got plastic surgery on her baby because her lips were "thin and villainous"

Well, well, well, it appears that ol' Madonna's "lifestyle" has been detrimental to her children. I can't imagine that her chronic exhibitionism, narcissism, controlling, stingy, self-centered behavior, along with a revolving door of 20 year old men has anything to do with it...
Madonna's not really on top of anything with her kids and not exactly sober herself. She's become a parody of herself.
