Apparently these two in the closet foreign born A+ list athletes (one of whom is an A+ list celebrity) share more than just a love of the same PED that got them both suspended in their respective sports, they also share a bed on a fairly frequent basis.

Sharapova, but with who? I can't think of any other A+ athlete of any nationality who has been suspended for meldonium.
Some of the guesses here are atrocious btw! Either not foreign born or haven't served a drugs ban.
Having done a bit of research, this is maybe meant to be Sharapova and Efimova. In what world is Efimova A+ list though? Unless this is meant to be solely within the swimming world, where that rating is probably correct.
Hope Solo was born in Washington state.
