Someone going in the opposite direction of #11 is this actor who used to be A list. Drugs got the best of him for awhile and it took him a long time to work his way back up to A list on television. He is blowing it though with his relapse. The women he is sleeping with probably won't help his marriage out either.

Christian Slater? Just a guess - I've got nothing to back it up except isn't he on some popular Robot show right now?
Christian Slater fits but I hope not because Mr. Robot is the best show on TV right now and he's phenomenal in it.
Slater fits. He was everywhere for a while, then he was nowhere, then a bunch of cameos, and now he's back on a big show. Damn. That does explain a lot.
