A lot of tension on set between these two A list actresses. Apparently back in the day, this foreign born A list actress was talked into investing some money with the other A lister's ex. Our foreign born A lister still blames the other for her loss and feels like the other A list actress has not ever fessed up or apologized properly.

From what I've seen about Rafealo, he was such a sleazeball.
Cate apparently failed to realize: 'If it looks to good to be true; it probably is.'
Makes ya wonder about Anne as well- find it hard to believe she was 100%unaware- I mean sure he was an Italian charmer but cmon....

Thing is, no one held Cate's arm behind her back. She could have said no.
How many girlfriends really get that involved or interested in their boyfriend's business? I wouldn't criticize Anne for not being that aware of it.

Exactly. They're from two different worlds. Anne is strictly an actress and is not involved in business. Many couples don't involved themselves in what their partners do for a living.
Wasn't there a blind about them( Anne and Cate) fighting a few days ago??
I didn't criticize her- simply said I found it implausible she wasn't aware of it on some level....considering she clearly seems to like to wear the pants in her marriage(i mean her husband is referred to as a purse holder)- just seems unlikely she was a shrinking violet who served him dinner ,cut his food for him,and asked no questions about his "job". Pretty sure that's why Cate B has an issue with her(point of the blind)
Even if this is true and Cate did invest with the con man, why should Anne apologize? She wasn't running his schemes. She looks like she can barely balance her own checkbook never mind run a massive financial deal. Cate's got other worries, like what her husband's up to at home.
