CMA Awards
A little bit of a cold shoulder for this former tweener turned singer in a singing family. Apparently people feel she is trying to buy her way to comeback rather than working for it. That is not how things are usually done in Nashville and people are resentful/jealous/ticked off. A lot of all of those.

Nope, had a development contract at 13. Discovered by her indie label boss at the bluebird cafe and toured her ass off to get successful. Basically the old fashioned way. The big promo money came after she was already platinum.
