That's who I thought at first since he hasn't seen Suri in ages, but I think "appointment" is meant to be literal, as in doctor appointments, the life event being pregnancy, so Clooney.
I wasn't sure what life events appointments means. I thought maybe birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, red carpets but Lamaze classes probably fit.
I thought this would be george clooney but...even though he's very famous, I doubt I'd consider him permanent A-list...maybe Tom Cruise or Mel Gibson fits more.

I don't think this is Clooney. Regardless of whether he's the father or not, it's important to him that everyone thinks he is. He's going to play (be?) the doting daddy.

Insiders close to Kate Holmes - read Kate Holmes - confirmed to gossipcop that he doesn't have any contact with her. It's kind of paradox that he sued one tabloid for writing article about him abandoning Suri which at that time was kind of prediction of the future.
In case of Clooney is well thought-out decision by both of them, not a surprise.

I'm gonna go with Coop...weren't they seen fighting at a tennis match a couple weeks before the news broke of the pregnancy? I don't think he was ready to settle down. I get the vibe he likes his celebrity and uses it to pick up the ladies. Whether its his or not i don't know but i don't think he likes the idea of being stuck with her or a kid at this point in his life.
"A+++ list name recognition" implies that everyone, even your grandparents, would know who they are, and internationally as well. I never hear the name Bradley Cooper outside of these gossip pages and wouldn't be able to tell you off the cuff anything he's been in. I accept he might be A list, his IMDB page looks busy, but he's not an A lister with A+++ list name recognition. Clooney and Gibson, yes, but not Bradley Cooper.
