I disagree - I don't think it's Millie Bobbi Brown. Enty says that most of us 'probably don't know' that she's foreign born, but in any interview or promo for Stranger Things, she is clearly British. I didn't know that she was born in Spain, and I don't know much about her, but I did know that she is British. Also, she's not JUST a minor - she's a child.
I would guess someone who everyone assumes was born in America, and probably 16-17 years old, and who is also a 'television actress' while also currently being on a Netflix/Amazon show.
Don't have a guess though.

millie bobby brown/stranger things/born in europe....her parents have been in blinds before and are scary how willing they are to sacrifice their underage daughter for fame. everytime you see her 'sexed up' and dressing waaayy too mature for her age, my guess its likely her parents....I hope she gets financially secure and emancipates herself...
