Blind Items Revealed #2

January 21, 2018

This foreign born permanent A list model is married to another A lister. Apparently if they are together and try and engage either of them in conversation, the foreign born model will intercede and be extremely rude. That is of course unless you can do something for either of them and then they are your best friend.

Gisele Bundchen/Tom Brady

So obnoxious.

I wish he would retire already and then they disappear.

Many top models are obnoxious if you see them in interviews. They do a job that requires them to keep their mouths shut, so they seem to try to make up for it when they get the chance.

I don't know why, but whenever I see these two together, my first thought is "Dumb and Dumber"....

I think neither of these two is likely very bright. But, love him or hate him, there's no denying that Mr. Brady is good at what he does for a living. I'm no student of fashion modeling, but by all accounts, Gisela was also quite successful. And I have to respect that she has her husband's back even if she is a little over-agressive about it.

The times I've seen celebrity up close, it's been interesting. People want contact SO BADLY, that it can get scary if a celebrity gets caught out in the open. A few people are cool, but the vast majority of us just aren't and can get unreasonable very quickly.

To some extent, I've always thought that we create our own monsters.

With how entitled fans are, and how fame-hungry the industry is, I say let her have her territorial crankiness.

High fashion models are usually b*tches, they've just been given whatever since they were 14, and never told no.

Sorry, but being from Boston area, I love Tom Brady!! She is always at the games cheering them on, so there's that. Friends have seen them in their Boston neighborhood & they are always friendly & accommodating to fans. Saw Gronk at the airport a few years ago & he was very accommodating to young fans giving autographs & taking pics with them.

Not surprised. She's always seemed like she'd make Naomi Campbell seem like Doris Day.

Models huh. I went to school (in Australasia) with a girl who went on to become a leading model in Europe. When she returned after a decade to tell her story to the media she was suddenly ten years younger than the rest of our class. Math was never a strong point.

I'd want a woman that was the same way. They're in such lecherous industries and you can't blame her for acting maternal and protective of her family. Why would they want anyone to come up to them out of the blue and engage them in conversation? I'd tell them to buzz off and get lost too.

It's interesting to look at from both sides, actually. If you frequent places where celebrities go (or like if you ever attended an acting class with a celebrity, or at least has-been) you'll notice that if you appear to not give a shit who they are (like you don't ask for a photo/autograph or try to sit near them), THEY start getting needy AF.

You start catching them staring at YOU, they start sitting near YOU, it's as if they're dogs wagging their tails going, "don't you care who I am? Please acknowledge meeee. Wheeee." I swear to God, they are the neediest, most insecure species ever. Imagine living under the same roof with that!

Hey, at least she's his significant other AND they're in situations where the public are coming toward them. It's not like some "insider" (like she's some coat-tail-ridding hanger-on part of some celeb's entourage) actively going on social media and blogs terrorising fans who question them (or hire troll farms to do so).

I'd want a man who was the same way for a husband. But it would creep me out if someone like Mariah Carey's former manager tried to work themselves into my life. Not that I'd ever be that famous—but I'd like a husband who watched my back too (in a non-famous equivalent of this context).

Thanks for the input Scandi, I found it very interesting. I have yet to encounter a celebrity and probably never will. I'm ok with that😊

I have been around celebrities in a situation where there was no fear of people bothering them and sometimes among their peets. Some are just Bitches and jerks, can't blame it on people bugging them

In my line of work I get to meet a lot of models. More often than not, they are horrendously insecure, as all their value is based on their looks, and there will always be a younger, prettier one just around the corner.
It also doesn't help that most left school at 14-16 to pursue a modelling career, and suffer therefor from arrested development. I once met a famous model who could not multiply without a calculator, and another thought the capital of Germany was Brussels. She lived in Milan at the time, and travelled all over Europe.
Maybe to some Americans here that might not seem as such a big deal, but trust me: it's cringeworthy for a 20 something year old.

and +1 Scandi - yes. I have seen that happen. It's quite comical actually (and a little sad).

You're very welcome, Hotmessmidwest! 💛

Consider yourself lucky: Most celebrities are exhausting to be around. 😑

@Glue: It is sad. But funny (as in pathetic). LOL.

@MuchAdoAboutNothing, I'm a Michigan Wolverines fan and have lived in Detroit since before Ford bought the Lions. Tom Brady is all I can hang my football-fan-hat on.

I live about 20 minutes from the stadium and live with all guys . We are a sports family . My husband has been a die hard fan since he was a kid . He is 59 now . He remembers the bad old Patriots days when they weren't even televised because they stunk so bad . Awful coaches, No Monday night games ..losing game after game and season after season ..Then came 2001 and it all changed . Last May he was diagnosed with throat cancer . After chemo and 35 radiation treatments ( they bolt you to the table by a face mask) it still spread to his lungs . I hope the Pats win the Superbowl for him !! Totally selfish reasons , I know , but he would be thrilled and I love this man with all my heart . This will most likely be his last football game . I don't know why I am sharing this . Carry on :)

Scandi Sanskrit said...

That's not a "selfish" reason at all.
