Something is up with Ashley's eyes, like Graves or something. Meanwhile there was a blind that the twins, who got their first nose jobs to match, disagreed on getting the second. Looks like MK went ahead and got an even smaller nose. Thus they no longer look alike.
Oh wow, MK did more than her nose. I'm not good at deciphering plastic surgery, but it definitely looks line more than that.
Ashley' s eyes I think look like they always have, they're just standing out more now because of MK's work.

They're not identical. Yeah, MK has had a lot of work done & her cheeks are hallowed out. Ashley's work is more subtle.

OMG Mary Kate looks like the crypt keeper here. How can her gaunt face and neck look 10-20 years older than Ashley who still has the plump baby freshness to her cheeks. MK looks DREADFUL. And what is up with dating these old dudes. They don't need the money as they are worth a fortune on their own. Not like they need sugar daddies.
And wait upon closer look YES MK has a smaller nose. The larger one on Ashley looks more useful. MK has gone the Elizabeth route and gotten a nose TOO small for her face and features. Their younger sister always look like she had too much nose snipped and I had read blinds for years she had issues with cocaine and her nose collapsed either before or after the work was done (had to be re-done?)
@ Nemo +1. ED is back, plus smokes and drugs- she looks terrible. Ashley seems to be in a bit better shape-still has some bulk in her face.It's no wonder they always look like bag ladies- like Angie J-P they are trying to hide their painfully thin frames under mu-mus. @ Chug Choochoo.. I agree- I wish Enty would out what happened to these poor girls- their unusual relationship choices and the sadness that emanates from them reeks of abuse..

The shrinks say that people create their "type" (as in person attracted to) in our EARLY adolescence...so, guess that means some nasty "older" men imprinted on these two in multiple ways...sad.
Nothing wrong with dating older men tho. Some people just find men of that age physically attractive. I am 30 , my bf is 53. I always found men like Cary Grant, George Peppard etc... to be handsome men. And yes you can relate to them. Chill with the ageism people
Enty had a blind a few years back which suggested MK had destroyed her nose with too much cocaine use and though her doctor attempted to repair it, what we see now is the extent of his capabilities and this is why she looks funny now. She's not happy about it either but them's the breaks.
Yes the twins are fraternal but if Mary Kate had not ended up with this unfortunate situation with her face they would still look incredibly alike on account of the matching nose jobs and their shared genes.
