Apparently this married foreign born permanent A- list mostly movie actor who was in a long running franchise has a routine when he hires an escort. He smokes a cigar while she strips and then makes her hold the cigar while he has sex with her. When the act is over, he takes the cigar from her and smokes it while she gets dressed.
