Also, this BI implies this was a border connected adoption and/or sale, a border with patrols, not something done in another country, and not in New Orleans where Sandy went through the official state process.

This is why I keep receipts. You never know when you're going to find out that the furniture or the lamps or the baby you bought came from a murder house. They're supposed to disclose but they don't always do it and you want to be able to return things.

In RE-reading the blind, it seems as though the actress who adopted the baby was not aware of the illegality with the adoption agency, hence her trying to work it out with the police. I think
