Think so. Isiah got fired so it has to be TR. if she comes back it will definitely be the last season of Greys.

OMG. It really must be end days. I actually *do* watch Grey's and when Heigl left, she burned so many freaking bridges....
Despite the fact that she is a terrible person, the character of Izzie was very much loved by the early fan base. But I agree-- if she's coming back, the show is probably ending.
All these doctor shows are the same to me. I honestly can't tell the difference.
I heard that Scrubs was the doctor show closest to reality, the rest are mostly bullsh!t.

Heigl didn't "take" JT Knight with her though. He quit of his own volition after the Isiah Washington incident. JT Knight is doing alright, too, working steadily.

Jeesh how many people have died in that hospital now?
They should cancel it and do a spinoff of the ghosts of all the dead cast haunting the hospital, slowly driving Meredith insane.
