OITNB for the most part a bunch of C listers, newcomers, or rehab cases when series started and then got big heads with success of show so this guess makes most sense.
I would say House of Cards was the first hit streaming show, but I'll allow OITNB.
My first thought was Stranger Things
They wrapped filming Season 7 of Orange back in February, so it seems kind of odd to be getting this now - but there really isn't another streaming show that fits, since HofC is finished.

DM had an article about an OitNB screening yesterday, only about 10 cast members turned up.

Shameless would be a good guess, but it's premium cable -- not streaming. The first "must see" streamer for me was House of Cards but I think they're talking about Orange here.
