One of the lawyers in the Theranos trial speculated out loud that the case against his client/fraudster/yachter is discriminatory because she did nothing different than the celebrity CEO/fraudster/drug abuser/animal sacrificing participant who has lied for years about technology that also doesn't exist and also charged people for something they know doesn't exist and won't exist for the foreseeable future.
