Apparently, this north of the border singer/songwriter/actor is spending a lot of time with his rising actress new flame in South America. Fans speculate they're moving in together. But is it because they can't stand to be apart? Or perhaps the Zillennial crystal boy multihyphenate can't stand to be in the L.A.-area mansion that has been way too accessible to the public, even BEFORE the exact address was leaked online through a real-estate website...AND a sneaky-deaky photo containing his license plate.

The decades-old renovated house is a little sad and oatmeal-colored, anyway. Like there might just be a ton of sloppy plaster covering up some bad "bones."
