Is Hayden really a hellion?
Seems like Hayden is a fore-gone conclusion, but it seems like she's been in LA continuously for the past month or so. I don't know when she had any time to get to NY since the Memorial Day Meltdown of LinZ, which I assume would be the prompting of the "crack-down" in LA clubs. BTW, I don't see any sign of that crack-down, at all.
What other TV actors are 17?
only other one I can think of it Emma Watson (remember all the pictures of her holding beer bottles?) but I don't think she's been hanging out in LA or NY...

Hayden Panettiere wasn't really a helion in her character on Heroes, nor does she seem to be one in real life.
Helion is a production company that does things with Nickelodeon in the UK. I don't know if there's some connection there, but I'm just throwing that out there because I don't think it's Hayden.

I'm not at all saying Hayden is not a wild child. I'm just saying she's been out almost every night in LA for the past month so I don't know when she would have made it into NY for even a weekend. BTW, she was partying at Parc last night - so much for that crackdown in the LA clubs.

I think it is Hayden P too but she has been photographed in LA a lot in the last month, but who knows.
I dont think its her, cause I always see pics of her in L.A. Hayden is not the good girl she portrays on TV. Shes like the upcoming skank taking Lindsey place. Shes dating Steven from Laguna Beach. Hes 22, what the heck are her parents thinking. Plus remember those pics of her hanging out with the J.R. producer guy who got all the publicity for kissing britney when she was going all nutty...
Im pretty sure that hayden was a guest on The View, which is filmed in NYC,less than a month ago so she could have been partying then.
I saw that episode she was promoting the season finale of heros...where she wore that itty bitty dress and kept tugging on it so she wasnt showing off her panties while sitting. A dress may look cute standing up but a woman doesnt look hot pulling on it sitting down.

I refuse to watch anything Hayden is in ever again...I can't help but feeling partially responsible as part of the society that promotes these young stars into a position of being in a position that no one says no to them.
My 17 year old would NEVER be dating a 22 year old man (he'd be in jail) and would never be frequenting bars. I'd make sure the bar owners would be put in jail too.
Then I would make sure I would not sign off on any projects for her until she turned 18.
Just looking at those pics of Lindsey partying with her mother make me sick.

I totally agree with you. Where are their MOTHERS? Are they so caught up in fame that they let go of the leash? Are they afraid to lose their money ticket?
Being remiss is one thing, but LL's mother needs help. She poses and primps as though photographers came out for her. I honestly don't think any rehab will ever work for Lindsey - even if she's sincere in her attempt to get clean - until her mother is out of the picture.
