Based on the photo of Debra Messing from the Emmys I would have to say her nose has not changed recently and we should count her out for Coke Mom.

I don't know guys, upon closer inspection, her nose does look different. Check this link and then compare...the tip if her nose used to fall below her nostrils. Now it doesn't.

I can't shake Ginnifer Goodwin as the 'loser in love' girl from He's Just Not That Into You, maybe that's why she always tries to NOT look like that character.
