The boy on Rob Lowe's right has his chin and the one on the left looks like his brother, so I'd say they're definitely his biological children. They're both very cute, and I'm sure will look quite dashing when they mature.

Rose looked amazing and her accessory in Brendan looked damn fine too with his new hair cut. :)
