I was thinking Joseph Gordon Levitt, too, and the sister (but not really, if you want to get technical) was Kristen Johnston. Makes sense because that bitch is crazy.
Jason Bateman is a good guess. The Joseph Gordon-Levitt is another one, mainly because his sister was so much older than him. I think most people would remember Shia was a child actor, wouldn't they. I mean it wasn't "that" long ago. And Leo didn't have a sister on Growing Pains, he was the ward, foster child whatever of Kirk Cameron. Tracey Gold would have been his "aunt".
