No More Jessica Szohr And Taylor Momsen On Gossip Girl
I did not even know it was an option that Taylor Momsen would be returning to Gossip Girl next year. I figured since she has been pretty much a no go this season, that next season would be a repeat. Apparently though, someone needed to make it official and confirm that Taylor would not be back to the show that no one really watches anymore. The problem is the network does not really have anything else to replace it with and it is still their highest rated show. Also not coming back to the show is Jessica Szohr. Huh. The two people who cause the show the most drama off screen don't get invited back. Interesting how that works out. Actors and actresses might want to remember that. Of course for some reason they still invite Michelle Trachtenberg back for an episode or two a year so they must have a high tolerance for pain.

gossip girl is not the cw's highest rated show. It typically performs as their lowest actually.
I have never watched this show, so I do not care.
I stopped watching when they went to college. I only liked Chuck and Blair and it seemed it was going to get repetitive. The story felt played out. I thought the parent's was sort of interesting but still stopped watching.
Szohr causes drama off screen? Weird, the only pics I recall seeing of her were when she went to a few basketballs games a while back with Westwick. Would love to know what I've missed.
Same with Momsen, the only drama I recall were those stupid interviews she gave sounding like the 15 year old kid that she is. Nothing like Doherty and co back in the day getting into bar fights or dui's and such.
Best news I've heard today. My bf laughs at me because I roll my eyes any time either of these two pop up in an episode. Incredibly unlikeable, both of them.
I love this show!!! Please don't say that no one really watches it anymore. I'm tired of my favorite shows getting off air (Cashmere Mafia, Flash Forward, and etc)
Isn't Blake Lively on this show? I'm sure she'll soon be too self important to do a TV show.
I've noticed that much of Hollywood is on their best behaviour these days. Which sucks for gossip sites for sure.
Everybody's scared to death now because of Charlie and Megan Fox getting canned from their million dollar paying jobs. And of course there is the rags to riches back to rags saga that is the Lindsay sideshow.
People in Hollywood are finally getting the message. Keep your mouth shut, behave and you can have a decent career. Might be something to remind that little Bieber brat.
Jessica is really hot. She'll land on another show. One I'll probably watch for more then one season, like I only did with GG.
I got really happy when I saw this headline because I thought it said: NO MORE JESSICA SZOHR AND TAYLOR MOMSEN EVER AGAIN. Sadly, no.
Is that why Momsen got canned? Unless she was making life difficult for her (former) colleagues, I'm not sure dressing "sexily" and giving stupid interviews are reason enough to fire her. Don't know anything about the other one, but it's not like the Vanessa character actually has anything to do anymore.
Jessica Szohr is a BAD actress. Just awful. I hope she moves on to something she'd be better at, and does not get another show.

I still watch the show...really I watch for Blair Waldorf.
Taylor didn't learn any of her lines. She held up production of all her scenes.
@MCH - the only thing I ever heard was that she was dating Ed, then messing around with other people and involving the whole cast in lies and intrigue about it. It got messy.
As for Momsen - well, just ask Tim Gunn.

I don't think Taylor ever really liked being on the show, so I'm sure she doesn't care.
