This seems to refer to Lisa Marie Presley as the "Princess of rock n roll" since her dad was the King but I don't know if she has a half brother and son.
I think she has a son and Pricilla has a son so that would be a 1/2 brother....

The first line in Lisa Marie's wikipedia is she is known as the "Princess of Rock n Roll" so this one is pretty much solved.

Priscilla Presley has a son (Lisa Marie's half-brother), Navarone Garibaldi, that was born 3/1/87...24 years old.
That seems to fit.
