Casey Anthony Says Caylee Was The Result Of Rape
TMZ has managed to obtain a copy of the deposition of Casey Anthony's former psychiatrist. In the deposition he says that Casey told him that when she was 18 she was at a party and had two beers and some other drug and passed out. She woke up and left and then found out she was pregnant and has no idea who the father is. I always thought she knew who the father was or thought who the father was and didn't she tell some guy that he was the father? I thought he died of a drug overdose or something. The rape thing never came out during the trial. I know it happens and it is tragic when it does, but I also don't believe anything she says about anything so it is tough to start believing her now.

There are tons of different stories about the father. I don't think Casey knows who the father is.

Even if Caylee had been a child of rape, what difference does that make? It is still not okay to murder your child, Casey, no matter how she was conceived.
Yeah, I really don't think she knows who the father was (is). I also think, maybe naively, if some guy in her circle suspected he was the father, he would have come forward.
Caylee looked exactly like Casey, so it may not have been obvious that she looked like someone else.

How is it that the psychiatrist is allowed to talk about those things? What about dr/patient confidentiality?
I think she is so mentally unstable that she probably believes that her daughter was the result of a rape. It helps her justify what she did. I think if Kaycee really had been the result of a rape, Casey would have gotten an abortion. I think at the time she got pregnant she did so on purpose. She strikes me as the type who would enjoy the attention that comes with being pregnant and then the attention that a baby brings. Once Kaycee was out of the "baby" stage, Casey found parenthood a burden. She probably doesn't remember the names of the men she had sex with while trying to get pregnant so I believe that she has no clue who the father was.

@EmEyeKay - the interviews with the two psychiatrists were under seal; the judge allowed the seal to be lifted, so that's why we're just hearing this now. Also, because the defense chose not to call the psychiatrists during the trial, this was never revealed.
@EmEyeKay - Enty forgot to mention that the deposition was unsealed by a Florida judge yesterday. So it is all legal.
May I point out the sadness and tragedy that is this woman?
She got drugged and raped at 18 at a party. Yet had "left" her child for a full MONTH to party, and have fun. One would think, she'd learned her lesson.

Casey Anthony is a sociopath and nothing that comes out of that monsters mouth can be trusted, so I think she is lying about how the baby was conceived.
Casey is self serving and just said that to get sympathy, everything has to be about her, I'm sure she figured that telling the Dr. that her child was the product of rape could be used as a mitigating circumstance in the trial.
I think I read at TMZ that her attorney quite. Supposedly because he was against her video diary.
The only sympathy that I even have regarding this one is the fact that she has wasted the money of the taxpayers of Orange County/Orlando and the State of Florida. She wasted the time of the search and rescue groups and of law enforcement. To hell with her.

Article came out during trial--family had believed their son was Caylee's dad--he'd had a relationship with Casey and mentioned a baby, but he'd died in an accident. Casey's family had said from the beginning that her father diedxin an accident. Multiple articles. Never went anywhere. Sociopaths are such creative liars that even if we all put all of our creativity into it we could never approximate the next lie---let alone the truth.
