She immediately jumped into his lap and started making out with him. When she realized it was a group of tourists, she got up from his lap and just resumed a normal conversation with him.

My first thought was Heather too. Dynasty, TJ Hooker, Melrose and Spin City were all hits, but they were along time ago. Nothing she has done since has worked out for her. Besides, she has never struck me as the pap fame whore type.
Jlove, on the other hand, fits if you consider Client list to be a hit show, and she certainly loves to show the paps how in love she is with someone.
