I feel like it was implied on an earlier BI that Randy Jackson was molesting Paris. Maybe that's what the lucky not to be in jail thing applies to.
There were blinds awhile back which pointed to Paris J being molested by an uncle, so Randy makes sense here. It also insinuated the family knew of the abuse and "discouraged it" by keeping them apart, but also covered it up. :-(
