This A+ list celebrity/singer? got into trouble a few weeks ago for trying to have sex with her boyfriend. That's a no no. It's part of the deal he signs up for. Unlike the previous boyfriend, he needs to make sure he doesn't get caught having sex with others.

If he has sex with other women he is not to get caught like A+ last 'bf' did.

Considering all sources of the HIV rumors lead back to Enty, I doubt it's true. Love the site, but it's not been known to be very credible. Who really knows though besides Britney and her doctors.

If she got the Hi5, it then he really shouldn't even consider banging her. I think it is more likely they don't want to risk her getting knocked up and having more kids for her to pay for. Dude's contract probably terminates if he bangs her or gets caught by paps with someone else.
If HIV was the concern, they could just find a + guy and tell him they would pay for his meds as long as he is with Brit. I think the HIV rumor is just to keep guys from tryin to do her.

There are different types of Conservatorships to protect someone's finances and/or physical, mental health, daily life, etc. I'm not sure how much control Britney's Dad has over her but I don't think she had the mentality of a child where she can't be allowed to have sex. Furthermore, how would that be enforced? That would be like trying to stop a teenager.
If Brit does have HIV, I'm really interested to know who she got it from. Given the fame of some of her partners, I find it interesting none have been attached to hiv too.
Rose, I understand your points about enforcement. Especially since the Spears family has only viewed Britney as a meal ticket her whole life. However, I was thinking of whomever actually had sex. I wonder what their legal responsibility would be. Perhaps we need a lawyer around here to help us with this.

Oh good grief people as a conservator you can NOT control whether they have sex or not! But if the guy that she is being seen with is being paid as a care giver or anything like that it is illegal as hell for him to sleep with her and he can get in a world of hurt for it. ESPECIALLY if the courts had him sign a contract with a code of conduct attached to it. I firmly believe Britney holds his hand and such in public because she HATES the constant questions of who is that guy with her and when the paps see her hold his hand OMG it instantly becomes her new dad paid for her a new boyfriend by these jerks grrr. Like the courts would let that one fly NOT!! You all have no freaking clue how extensive the courts are about what you can and can not do when you are a guardian and I would hate to imagine how much harder it is for her father as her holdings is so great. You have to explain each and every cent that is spent and for what. Every doctor and submit their reports as well as many times the doctors themselves appear. This is NOT something that is minor and simple. Before each and every court hearing it takes me a good 2 weeks to get all the paperwork ready, get doctors documents and then fill out the financial forms from the courts and the extensive questions they have for me. Then both myself and my son have to go to court and be questioned which is always stressful for him and makes things difficult as he hates these times.
There are different types of guardianships. There are ones that oversee just the financials and then one for medical and then the one that is total which is the one that is for both financial and medical care. With each they carry different rights and responsibilities. But ultimately you answer to the person you have been appointed as guardian overs advocates attorney and a judge and you can face some serious consequences if you abuse your powers.
