Justin Bieber Keeps Getting Breaks

Do you remember when Justin Bieber got arrested for DUI in Miami and everyone got all excited that he would spend time in jail? Then there was the original plea deal which would have had him plead guilty to reckless driving and get randomly drug tested for one year to coincide with his probation. Now, prosecutors are willing to drop the drug testing requirement. I don't think he is done though. That case is so weak he might take it to trial. Here is the thing. What always got Lindsay Lohan in trouble? It was having to deal with probation. Basically you can't get in trouble. You can't get arrested. Nothing. Lindsay would get into trouble and then have her probation extended and would have drug testing added to the probation order which would get her in more trouble. She has spent the past decade on probation. I don't think Bieber can keep his nose clean for a year. He is such a terror right now that he will get arrested for something. It is inevitable and then his probation will be extended or yanked and he will go to jail. His best bet is to try and make it so he has no probation.
