Before sandybrook's response of Tyra I thought it was one of Enty's screw ups, thus the answer for Amber Valleta since B&O is doing horribly ratings wise.
Had no clue Tyra had a new horribly rated show since only thing I see her in is her ANTM franchise.

Just a note: A Ponzi scheme isn't the same as a Pyramid scheme. One uses money from new investors to pay off old investors and eventually will collapse since there is nothing substantial to hold it up. The other is when people make money off of sales made by the people they recruited into the company.
