If he is already HIV negative, then he is probably taking Prep, which prevents transmission of HIV. That being said, is Jacobs REALLY going to the tubs for sex? He can pay for any porn star in the world (and has. Harry Louis for one), so why go to some bath house where obviously people talk.
Edit to say "Still HIV negative" Prep only works for people who are negative.
