At a fashion week show this past week, this one year wonder unless she also ends up as a beard for a former tweener was this celebrity. She kept spilling out of her dress and the jokes mixed with her title and her continued toplessness were priceless.

With a few exceptions like Lee Meriwether and Vanessa Williams, do any of these pageant winners ever do any thing to rate celeb status, let alone blind items on gossip sites?
