It didn’t take long for this foreign born A list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee to get over her actor ex. She is dating a married man who she has hooked up with in the past. His wife is on to him though and he things are getting tense from every side.

If she's "on to him", it doesn't seem to matter much to anyone involved. He's still hooking up with Charlize.
Maybe it's not actually a secret, unlike his identity in this half reveal.
The only guys married on her dating list are Ryan Reynolds and Jeremy Renner and I doubt it's him.
My opinion of her has been slipping, but if she's back to Ryan Reynolds - that's even worse, taste-wise. He's a cardboard cut out.
Maybe he has excellent drug connections.
So no hints as to the married man? Fail.
Another reason why Charlize is a sh***y person. The reasons just keep coming and coming.
Will Smith is the married guy. In an interview Will did in response to his wife's call for a boycott he said of course he's not going, and that it would be awkward if he showed up with Charlize. There were rumors about them years ago.

Will hooks up with all his female co-stars, and in fact cast women that he wants to sleep with. Charlize, Eva, It's also why he re-cast Stewart with Robie in Focus. He didn't want to have sex with Stewart, but did want to with Robie.
Don't think the married man is famous or Enty would've stated.

I have a feeling it has more to do with the fact that Stewart apparently filed a Sexual Harassment complaint against the director of Snow White & the Huntsman, Rupert Sanders. Will Smith would have enjoyed sleeping with KStew, but didn't want to risk it with someone who would not only refuse, but make a stink about it - so he went with Robbe.
