My sister lives in wilmington and it's been going around for a over 2 months that jenelle got back on heroin with her new man. She is trying to quit before she goes to custody court cause she's going to be drug tested. She's withdrawing bad cause she quit cold turkey. She went to new york to try and get suboxones to make the withdrawing not as bad. The whole town knows what she's up to cause her bf tells him fam everything and they are blabbermouuths

Hey SW! I went to school there- her business is everywhere.
Also that town has some seriously rotten "h" (I'm not sure it's really heroin and not some homemade bunk)- several overdose deaths per month.
