This A+ list singer wants an Oscar. An acting one. She thinks she is that good. She is buying options on countless screenplays that have a role for her which her people think could garner an Oscar nomination. Everyone is trying to convince her she would have a better chance at a supporting Oscar, but she says she doesn’t backup anyone. It is lead or nothing.

Come on guys Beyoncé's life matters!!! Here's a thought about a movie she can play in....Singer marries ex drug dealer who cheats on her constantly just to get some street cred. Said husband has numerous babies and baby mammas. Singer decides she needs a baby, pays someone to have it, but pretends she is pregnant. Said singer is unstable, but pretends she's the queen of the world...oh wait that's the life of Beyoncé. She'll definitely win an academy award!!
Beyonce always affects me as being Jay Z's prisoner, a sweet and not very bright girl who is treated like a puppet. Actually feel sorry for her.
So, funny that so many, many actors/actresses just want that Oscar Bronze for Best Actor/Actress.
Robin Williams did his best throughout the 80's and 90's acting like Robin Williams as a lead actor.
Then 'Good Will Hunting' came along where he had to act like a therapist; and, he ended up beating out some very, very great actors to win Best Supporting Actor.
Unfortunately, he reverted back to 'acting' like Robin Williams post win and never saw an Oscar again.
Uh, who stole her thunder in Dreamgirls? Beyonce is like Girl Scout cookies; totally overrated.

This is what happens when you surround yourself with people that depend on you for their livelihoods - you start believing your own hype. She has a better chance of being abducted by aliens that winning an Oscar. Someone needs to sit her down, look into her eyes and tell her: bitch you're tripping

Hidden most of the time .. and all we see and hear is lies about her life, because it is so horrible, and tragic.. reality could be stranger and more Oscar winning .. than prettied up, happy fantasy fiction.. go for stark reality and toss in some easily identifiable copies of the stupid scum people you dealt with and avoid at any cost along the way.. the only way she could earn an oscar is by doing a biopoc about singer or something related to singing, like a musical and would have to be a very weak year....... adding to the fact there is very few black woman nominees, so she wants to the hero for that as well....

welllllll,you're right-maybe he didn't 'win' another Oscar but he certainly took on other serious/dramatic roles after 'Good Will' .He didn't just "revert back to acting like Robin Williams"(which was wholly Unique & Fan-F***king Amazing in & of itself imo)...and certainly not a bad thing since he was a master at it, whether it was one's cup of tea or not,can't deny his gift at comedy/impersonation/satire..
-One of my fave Robin Williams roles was in the drama"August Rush".He did One Hour Photo,Insomnia,Patch Adams,Jakob The Liar,The Butler,A.I.,The Final Cut,Bicentennial Man,etc,etc.,.even last one I saw was quite serious-'Boulevard'.--just adding to your observation @David, I'm not criticizing it. : )

Is this an early April's Fool Day? because Beyonce has absolutely no acting skills and needs to focus on her singing instead of having these grandiose ideas. Jennifer Hudson did a terrific acting job on Dream Girld and stole the show from Beyonce. But hey, Beyonce had company-- JLo!
Stranger things have happened.
-Diana Ross was nominated for an Oscar & a GG in her first foray into acting with "Lady Sings The Blues".Then did Mahogany,The Wiz, and got nominated for a 3rd GG in Out Of Darkness.She was also the inspiration for 2 Musicals: Dreamgirls & Motown.
-Bette Midler won the GG for best Actress in her 1st attempt at acting in "The Rose".
-All the actresses laughed at the idea of Cher acting in a 'real' movie with substance,and an Oscar,an Emmy, & 3 GG's later,she's the one who's laughing last.
-there are obviously others.I agree though -Beyonce needs to get her head outa her butt & look in an unfogged mirror & do a serious reality check on herself & stop all the BS first.
Does she even having acting coaches? Or does she seriously believe that she is divinely gifted or something? This level of delusion is sort of cute when you're 20, but pathetic when you ought to have learned better by now.
Maybe she could do it. Who knows.
