I got a look at the Naked Cowboy this past weekend. Some were better than others.
Who had the presence of mind to take a picture at that exact second? Who has the picture or the rights to the surveillance equipment? Where are these people now? How would they legally disseminate the photo? How would the whole world see it?
Not so easy. Much easier to spread words than pictures. Physical evidence via photos is tough. If it was easy, court would run much more quickly and smoothly!
