Ditto on having to look it up. I am more on board with the Demi or Selena guesses. Miley doesn't care whether or not it would be considered a drug.
Don't think it's Miley because while she smokes a lot of weed and does psychedelics, the post seems to imply that this person went to rehab. Saying something isn't a real drug to justify taking it sure sounds like someone who was in treatment. Going with Selena on this one

There was a MTV true life episode last week about this tea. They couldn't show some of the things that happened. It was weird. Like a week long retreat where you cleanse your self then drink that tea several times over the course of a few days.
