Trying to avoid being known as a giver to Scientology? If you are this A list couple, you give to a different organization who takes a cut before passing along the remainder to Scientology. I’m not sure giving to the first option is any better PR wise.

I'm with you Marlo. Saying things like "extremism is extremism" without offering any facts to compare is a way to justify intellectual laziness. Blacks & whites get along swimmingly in the south, maybe people should pay attention to where most of the race-related incidents have been happening over the last few years. But naaaah, it's much easier to dismiss an idea with a cutesy phrase than to actually learn and grow.
