It was a charity event so the fact this A list model who got her start in SI was so rude to every person was not lost on the organizers. Before the event she demanded a hotel suite for two days even though she lives ten minutes from the venue.

Kate Upton,they were openly complaining about her diva demands. She wants the cover or nothing, supposedly.

^^ This. Just read something recently that claimed she was the ultimate diva with the most ridiculous of demands for SI. They were not pleased w/ her at all and basically said she wasn't worth the money. (i'm looking for the link of that article/blog/whatever it was, to post here).
Fame and money went to her head. She grew up in the town I live in and I guarantee she didn't have that type of attitude when she left here. Her family is teachers and politicians, they wouldn't have allowed it.
Kate Upton read a couple days ago she was very demanding for the SI shoot. I believe the choose someone else.
