Out of all the posts I read on here, the ones about the yacht girls, etc., bother me the most. I knew in old Hollywood that a lot of this big stars started out this way but thought it was because of the times, i.e., the depression. (And I do know about the casting couches of yore, whether hetero or gay.) I just don't understand why some of these gals who must have so much money, like the Hilton's, resort to this. I wonder if it's less about the money and more about self-esteem at being able to comnand such high prices

On actresses/prostitution, no not all actresses are prostitutes, and certainly not all prostitutes are actors, but that link is as old as the stage.
