The first sentence screams Shakira (15 Grammys and the best selling Latin artist), but this is about a closeted male singer.
Something tells me this is still about Marc Anthony. Enty just can't bother to fact check and assumed he wasn't born in America because he speaks Spanish. -.-

Also should note, coming out doesn't mean he comes out as 'gay.' Could certainly come out as 'bi' as well, so having women in his past (for any of the guesses) wouldn't disqualify them.
