I'm probably way off, but my first two guesses are either Kaley Cuoco from BBT or Sarah Hyland from MF.
Maybe sarah hyland? She has herditary kidney disease. Hope not, love her.
Patricia Heaton? She looked unwell in the ad for her TV programme I saw recently, complete with a red nose, which I put down to a bad cold or a bad bender.

Ellen Pompeo is super super skinny.
@Glue. It's probably not Kaley, I follow her Instagram & she's still competing in show jumping events & training for them regularly & on multiple horses. She seems pretty healthy in those photos.
Sarah Hyland.
You can see a tube going over her collarbone. It's commonly used to dispense meds for someone who has kidney failure. Hope she gets well.
Darby Stanchfield (sp?) from Scandal? Her character Abby was a key character for seasons. Olivia's second in command. Last couple of seasons her character left the fold but was still prominent. This season? She's returned to the fold and is barely seen

Sarah Hyland has a new kidney donated by her dad so she’s on tons of organ rejection drugs which I can tell you are not fun but I honestly can’t imagine anyone drinking while on them
