I am going to snap for this Blanco Blanco person. I dig that she gives exactly zero f**ks for the fake, virtue signaling executive order. If she pimps herself out, which I don't know, I don't care so long as its her choice and she is in control and she's honest with herself. I think I'd rather applaud her than give any support of any kind to JLaw's hypocritical couch-climbing to the top. JLaw being just one of the many hypocrits.

I think it’s funny that comments on most websites about the girl in red is shaming her for showing skin and not wearing black. But most of the women in black have cut outs and see through lace and showing tons of skin also. Wear black to show support for women and This and that but shame the first woman you see that isn’t continuing to be a trained monkey. Nice, guys. And I agree w the above comment about Jennifer Lawrence.
ReplyDeleteThe thing is, Blanco is dressed like a streetwalker. Some other actresses might have cut outs, or plunging necklines, but nothing to this extreme. She is dressed to draw attention because nobody knows who she is. Bai Ling is another one who does that. There is a redhead nobody (I think her name begins with a P) who is always in the tabloid for her red carpet disasters who also does this. Neither one of them is getting much work. Cher can get away with certain outfits because she is Cher and people expect it friom her
ReplyDeleteThe MeToo movement is a legitimate and important one and hypocrites aside, it does deserve to be addressed, particularly from an industry that is such a fountain and source for all of these abuse/assault/harassment stories. I don't think anyone is saying that the black outfits are going to change anything, but it is, like the AIDS ribbon, just symbolic to show support for the movement and there are other more substantial efforts being made to change things. So the self-promoting "LOOK AT ME" stripper outfit is pretty obnoxious, IMO.

Shame, I like the Blanco pic, she's the only one being truly authentic in representing herself. The black dresses are virtue signalling gone mad. It's nothing but lip service to the genuine movement. At the event an abuser won, a minor had to fight off a producer trying to touch her breasts. There have been 0 criminal charges pressed against any of the predators we do know about. These degenerates are the worst people to expect sincere action from regarding sexual harassment and abuse. Nothing has changed. Worse I doubt anything will change, you're satisfied admonishing a woman for the style of dress she 'chose' to wear. Hypocrisy isn't just in Hollywood.
