This is what frustrates me about multiple marriages. Why should this rando Britney get all his money if he dies? She's been around for what...all of a year? The bulk of it should go to his kids and then maybe a little to her. And, yes, I know he's not getting along with the older son, but I'm sure it's fleeting and will pass. Why should the new wife who has contributed nothing get all?

Tommy probably has a trust already set up for the kids. No accountant for celebrities worth his salary would advise otherwise. If Britney expects a big payday at the end of Tommy's life, she might get his house and a few odd dollars earned in these off years, but I bet his inheritance is mostly tied up already.
Tommy, despite his infinite immaturity and substances issues, seems to have good people taking care of his money earned decades ago. It's funny how that works out sometimes - that the stupidest rockers often trust the right people while the smart rockers think they know it all and often lose it all.
