Blind Item #15

Why yes, that was a one hit wonder being his usual sweaty cokehead self as he made all kinds of unwanted passes at women last night while his significant other stayed back at home.

Thicke had a few hits more than just "Blurred Lines".

Lost without U is a great song and was big on the R&B charts. Still a sweaty mess

+1 Tricia, only remember Blurred Lines, and wasn't part of that ripped off of another song?

Jon said...

No. He didn't. Some random songs only on black radio does a hit make.

Yeah, the Marvin Gaye song I think @brayson

Who's surprised by this hope he's being safe at least he already looks riddled with STI's, I feel like I need a bath just looking at him.

I actually really liked his earlier stuff and agree he’s had more than 1 hit... “When I get You Alone off his first album(I think called “Thicke”) is awesome.Love you girl another collab with Pharrell is pretty great too,but enty wont let him have the glory lol.
But he is a dick nonetheless

Thicke had oodles of hits like, Wanna Love You Girl. 4 the Rest of My Life, Can You Believe, The Sweetest Love, It’s in the Mornin’, Got 2 Be Down, Morning Sun, Feel Good, Blurred Lines, Lost Without You, Get Her Back, Sex Therapy, Back Together, Love After War. I’m looking forward to his next album, which hopefully will include songs like Got Another One Pregnant, Your New Man Looks Cray Cray, and Sorry I’m Sweaty When I Get High.

"Magic" is my favorite Robin Thicke song. Personally, I always thought "Blurred Lines" sucked ass.

Thicke stole Blurred Lines from Pharrell. Thicke is just played up by media.

Thicke also had Lost Without U and Love After War

Still no wiser to any of those song titles. Must have been US only? Thicke is so slimy, I imagine him leaving trails of goo like a snail wherever he goes. His sweaty hands forever searching for barely legal butt to grope *barf*

HeatherBee, you win the internet today 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

HeatherBee said...

Yay! Thanks Post Card! I honestly don’t know all these songs, but when I looked them up, they told me a story. So glad you saw what I did there.

SororSalsa said...

HeatherBee, thank you for listing these! I guess someone only has hits when they're played on white "mainstream" radio...that's all that counts to them, I suppose.

Love love love this!!!

The only song I know of his is 'Blurred Lines,' but that might be where I'm in the UK.

Yeah SororSalsa, those fucking whites. They NEVER play music by Black people. And with their White Entertainment awards, such racist Nazi Hitler-esqe bullshit.

Oh wait..

WRONG!!!! If it's Robin, Enty needs to change the description. He's had 3 top 30 Billboard Hot 100 hit songs. Lost Without U at 14, Blurred Lines at 1 and Give It 2 U at 25. If a song is in the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, it's a legitimate hit song. That's why radio with Top 40 songs is called Top 40.

Hugo Pedersen said...

People like me who don't give a shit about this asshole and his crappy music has only heard "Blurred Lines" because it was no. 1. Even if a song is no. 14 or 25, most people won't have heard it. So yes, he is a one hit wonder.
