I think Demi went to rehab of her own free will after her overdose - plus I think she's splitting her time at a halfway house now instead.
Selena is usually bad actress but he might have redacted that to make it less obvious. I don't think she's at the psychiatric facility of her own free will & she was reportedly transferred due to paranoid behavior which would fit with refusing tests.
Obviously Demi Lovato. This is what I expected to hear . She is self destructive; and also has horrendous enablers around her. Will end tragically.

Re: Demi Lovato, TMZ had a story a couple of days ago about her on a date with a clothing designer. I read an interview with that guy and in the interview he talks about how he's been through rehab and that he is definitely not sober now. If that's true, he's probably not a great person for her to be spending time with. Also doesn't she supposedly have a 24/7 sober coach? How is any of this getting past that person?
I think he is maybe meant to be the sober coach?
Lies are being printed every day on Lovato .Anyone who's had a loved one in serious rehab-- and I've had two-- can see the tissue of BS. She has ghastly people around her, just like Spears. Their fat check is all that matters to them

Probably Demi, perhaps in her mind she just got one bad batch of drugs.

@cheesegrater 15,she was committed after she forcibly removed her I V while being treated for an issue with her kidney. Enty also hinted at a possible suicide attempt.
The halfway house or "intermediate living facility" or "transitional living" or whatever you want to call it where Demi is staying could easily have mandatory urine testing for residents because the rule is you only get to continue to stay there as long as you are clean and sober.
The idea behind a halfway house is to be in a safe environment away from addiction triggers. Start letting relapsed addicts chill in the halfway house and you're gonna have whole household of active addicts in no time.
