Smart girl. And no I am not being sarcastic. I was like that at her age, experimenting with all drugs but I had a limit which was also heroin. Lots of my friends ended up turned out, hooked, addicted, locked up because of heroin and I am going back to the late 90's-early 00's.
I firmly believe having a personal limit means there is a conscious knowing that what one is doing is inherently wrong and dangerous but when one is young one must have fun. Get that sh*t out of your system while you are young.

I can't believe that someone thinks it is smart to limit drug use to 'not heroin'. Unless you have a personal chemist verifying what shit you are putting in yourself along with whatever you think you are buying, wake up.

You don't need a personal chemist. There are kits readily available to test certain drugs. On another note, along with others, I'm sure there will be BI on Kim Porter. I mean c'mon celebrities and their families don't die of natural causes....

Noah seems like the type, but I don't think she fits the description. Only really one parent that is famous, her mom isn't higher than B+ as described and no mention of 'family' which would associate Miley. I think Willow too.
