Would you rather date someone who was in movies or on television?

Personally, I'd prefer someone who worked for a living.

TV

lol CC

Network TV. Monday through Friday, mostly off in evenings, summer off!

I’d run screaming from either.

Movies. Work for 6-10 weeks, then vacay until it's time for red carpets and press tours. Do one movie a year, do one movie every other year...

This assumes the person is a star, not "Background Schlub #4."

I'd rather date you, Enty. Muah. Xoxoxo

I prefer to remain STD and Satanist-free.

No actors.
I've dated a stand up comic, a drummer, and an incredible dancer.
No actors. Bad business.

Television. But not an actor. A writer or someone behind the camera - thats a steady job, at least as steady as it gets in HW.

Oh, God...no, neither.

Sorry Enty you forgot the none of the above option. An actor is the last person on this Earth I would ever want to date.

Neither! Actors are bad news.

I'm with Ksmith - bad news.

Neither! Both professions attract narcissists.
I’ll take “Stay Single” for $500, Enty.
And I’ll use part of that $500 to finally go get some fried chicken. 🍗 Yes, I’m still craving it. Thanks again, Hunter!! 😩

Neither!

Best advice I ever got about dating in Hollywood was:
Don't ever date an actress!

One of the Key Grips I worked with told me that.

And the one actress I did date was so into herself, I needed to run away in the middle of the evening.

(I didn't. I was a gentleman. But, there was never a second date.)

Neither. I would only want someone not famous.

You've basically described on this site the most evil, putrid industries imaginable (entertainment) that double as a child rape factory and everyone in said industries knows about it and still keeps it all going and thus not one person in said industries is not a pure evil self serving scumbag rapist or rape enabler, including you *BY YOUR OWN ADMISSION*. So no to either and if even a quarter of what you say is true about these people I hope the whole thing crashes to the ground and everyone in it dies a painful death.

Neither. Been there, done that.

You do realize you're asking people who read your blog, right, Enty? Ick! Nast. To all of them.

Heather Graham (so films), but only because the count mentioned her.

I am in the thanks but no thanks camp. This blog has opened my eyes. Enough is never enough for these stars and professional athletes.

Just the narcissism alone would be a turn off.

Give me a masculine man who likes sports, has a job and holds the door for little old ladies.

Gnarfcat said...

Neither. Have met one or two actors and used to date a Male model. They were all Narcissistic some are just better at acting like they aren't.

Are you kidding me? After reading all of these blinds, I would run the other way. Dignity and self respect > money and/or fame
