Today's Blind Items - The Secret Engagement

I don't know why this couple is so desperate to keep their engagement a secret. It is not like they really shy away from press. I would actually argue the opposite is true, especially when it comes to this singer/actress who does anything she can to stay in the public eye. Perhaps, it is her foreign born alliterate A- list actor boyfriend who wants it a secret. Why? Maybe he is seeing other people and doesn't want them to know. It is strange. The only reason it leaked is because a friend of the actor who also does home renovation things online is bragging about doing the renovation of the actor's home and instead of saying girlfriend said Fiancé. He has not made that mistake since. Again, why the secrecy? Not sure. It is very strange, because the girlfriend is a thirsty one.
