Blind Items Revealed #24 - Old Hollywood

This actress (#1) was once called the most important star of the year by this alliterate gossip hound. (#2). #1 has a secret relationship with this Playboy Playmate (#3) from the early years of Playboy. #1 later has a relationship with and gets married to the actor husband (#4) of #3. While married to #3 she has her leg amputated but prior to that has a steamy relationship with this foreign born A list actor (#5) who won multiple Oscars. When #1 died of cancer while married her last word was to call out to #5.
