At one point in time, this A+ list mostly movie actor was living in over thirty different hotel rooms scattered all over the world. In each hotel room he had a woman stashed or available to be stashed there in a moment's notice. Our actor would like you to believe he is a goody goody but he really isn't all that wholesome. He is just much better at not showing off for the media and knows how to keep his personal life personal. Our actor always said he preferred living in hotels. Everyone assumed it was because he was so busy. Nope. It was because it was a way for him to juggle all the women in his life without any of the other women catching on. Our actor said if he had a place to live that all the other women would wonder why he was taking them to a hotel. Our actor had actresses and hookers and waitresses in these hotel rooms. When he felt like one of them he would fly back or drive across the city and spend some time with the woman he let stay there. At the peak when he had thirty hotel rooms at the same time he was spending about $300K a month on hotel rooms. He said it was worth it. He would have room service and hotel bars and there were no cameras and no paps and he said this is how he found the perfect woman for him. It also proved to be a disaster when one B list mostly movie actress he dated forever discovered his little secret. She broke up with him and never spoke to him again and even sold stories about him to the tabloids. Another B list mostly movie actress found out about the others in other hotel rooms and didn't even care because she was so far lost in her own world of drugs and booze.

Sometimes stuff gets spilled to the tabloids and people like actors and a certain professional golfer have damage control teams who will buy up photos, trade an exclusive for this or that to bury the damaging story, pretty sure TMZ does that all the time.
He married a waitress who's grateful he chose her, instead a high maintenance actress/model who would go crazy on him if he cheated.
Are you kidding me???? The late 90's and early 00's were the BEST time for internet gossip! Before all the spurious blogs sprang up, like the noisome Perez, gossip was shared on the Usenet and it was so very juicy. People who worked in the industry used to reveal all kinds of sordid nonsense. And actual celebs would lurk and occasionally post under fake names. And the posters were fucking hilarious, lots of interpersonal drama using nyms, those were some good times.
There is nothing now that can compare.

Most in industry like Matt, the only bad i heard was from Minnie when they broke up. It seems he was careful about covering his tracks & there were most likely others who knew but that he treated well enough not to tell all.

Partly, it was that not everyone had an camera phone a decade ago, and Twitter and FB and such. And Bennifer sucked the air out of the room for him, probably. It wasn't that there might not be gossip, it's just that now it would be easier for someone to put all the pieces together. Because it's not that he met women in hotels; he was single, so what. It's the 30 hotel setup that no one discovered.

I think maybe the reason nobody has blabbed about Matt Damon is that he manages to be A list or even A+ list and still be kind of - BORING. I doubt anybody is interested in his private life, enough to buy "dirt" on him. Plus during this alleged $300K/mo hotel spree, he was single.
He did good marrying a "nobody" - Ben Affleck is equally boring IMO but he keeps hooking up with famous women and the "whole is greater than the sum of the parts" effect kicks in and he becomes paparazzi fodder.
I knew this would finally break.
The only way he could accomplish this if if he had a hotel and pussy handler whose only job was to track hotel rooms and which chick was associated with each room and when. It would be a full time job but if you're paying $300k a month on rooms and pussy then another $10k or so a month wouldn't be a big deal.
I assume his wife was one of the chicks at one point and happy that she finally snagged him so it doesn't really matter if she finds out or even if he is till doing it- she knows that is the deal and willing to let her waitress gig go for her new lifestyle.

To be fair to him, despite his super foul attitude when I met him, he does seem to love his wife. Apparently, she has a lot of friends here. He was at a venue where he could have totally been in bitch mode but he was surprisingly humble but bitchy if that makes sense. He took great care of her and her friends. He was the model husband so despite my hard heart I have to say he was good when I met him.

Always thought he seemed nasty after Minnie D said she found out he broke up with her on tv, but since then, he seems so nice and family oriented. All he ever says is how much he loves his wife. So hey, when he was younger and single, he was a playa. That's ok. It's not saying he cheats now because that would be really lousy considering how he's always raving about his kids and wife. But this is a good one if true but it has to span from like 10 years ago.
