If Alanis is trying to do "ombre" well she has it all wrong. The ratio, if I'm not mistaken, should be 2/3 dark (i.e. your natural colour) and the bottom 1/3 the lighter colour. These are simply "roots" in desperate need of attention. Considering her disposable income, there is no excuse for this. FAIL!
Olivia Wilde needs her hair to even look generally attractive. That hoodie, no-makeup look? Ugly. She can't pull it off.
